Have me or I’ll have you!

This creature,

Which dwells in your mind,

Kills you,

To keep you alive…

It eats your soul bit by bit,

Consumes you.

Swallows you.

If you keep listening to it,

If you let it be,

It will soon take over,

Nothing of you will ever remain.

You know this creature more than I can ever describe. 

It looks into your eyes and says,

“Have me or I’ll have you”

Stop it!

Stop it! Until it’s too late

Don’t listen to it. 

Don’t get carried away.

Face it. Fight it. Defeat it.

Take control.

It’s your battle to claim yourself and state-

“Never can you have me…And never will I have you”
